Cow fights off Bear
An Oregon rancher captured on video a rare tussle between his cattle and a black bear. The video shows the animals fighting for their lives. A young black bear penetrated Bill Hoyt's herd and headed straight for one of his cows. At first glance, it appeared the large cow had the upper hand on the bear, but the tables quickly turned as the bear responded. That's when other members of the herd stepped in and joined forces against the dangerous intruder, using their heads to butt, smash and knock the bear down again and again. "You know the old western movies -- you see them circle the wagons. Cattle will do the same thing, and it's a natural instinct to protect themselves in a group from predators," Hoyt explained. "I've seen maybe a similar thing, but not with a bear. They're more likely to fight when they have calves at side. And so the mother, the instinct of a mother is a lot stronger than the flight response." The bear was able to escape the herd's attack. Smallest functional steam locomotive enlivens the old Glory
Locomotive are out of use simply because they pollute too much and waste approximately 60% of the energy generated by using coal. However, those who love the old glories, Japan is the right place to feel those days when locomotives were used. However, the one we’re talking about isn’t a big one but the smallest. Running on pieces of charcoal stuffed into the engine, the smallest locomotive runs on 100 meter long track built alongside the Hanshin railway next to Iwaya Park. The locomotive is capable enough to ferry around 15-20 people at a time with a maximum speed of 7-10 km per hour. Angelina Jolie condemned the plans of an American pastor to burn copies of Quran
Angelina Jolie is currently in Pakistan as UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador and she has condemned an American church pastor because he plans to burn copies of the Quran on September 11.
She was quoted whether she would support the pastor's plan, Jolie responded "Of course not".
"I have hardly the words that somebody would do that to somebody's religious book."
She thinks that this act will provoke anger among Islam. And bring war.
